When will you ship my order?
Orders received Monday through Friday, before 4:00 PM CT, are shipped on the same day, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends. How much will you charge to ship my order?
$5.95 is all you will pay when your order ships to a U.S. address. For more information on our shipping and packaging prices and policy, click here.
Will you ship to my P.O. Box?

How long before my order arrives?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse located just outside of Chicago, Illinois. U.S. orders usually arrive at their destinations within 3-8 days of being shipped. If a valid email address is included with your order, we will email a shipping confirmation which will include a package tracking link. Orders received Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM CT are shipped on the same day they are placed. This excludes federal holidays and weekends, and applies only to orders received through our website. Orders received after 4:00 PM CT are recorded as being received on the next business day. Orders received on federal holidays, or weekends, are shipped on the next business day. For the entire year of 2016, 99.91% of the orders we received through the Internet shipped in less than 24 hours, with the majority of these shipping in less than 8 hours from the time they were received. All packages require a signature for delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
When you place an order through our website, or by fax, your may use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. When placing an order by mail, you may use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, checks or money orders. A money order will expedite the shipment of your order. What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any or all items. The Cubby Ultra Light Fishing Rod is no longer being made.
Do you sell the Cubby Mini-Mite Jig display case, like the one found at my local tackle shop?
No. This item was designed for the local retail establishments, so that a single Cubby Mini-Mite Jig could be purchased.
